- Summer 2020 – Summer classes begin on May 13, and registration is open. All PTC summer lecture courses will be online. All courses with a lab or clinical experience will be hybrid, with the lecture portion online. Students will be brought to campus, or sent to clinical sites, for hands-on training when it is safe to do so. The two statements above apply to all summer courses, at all PTC locations, regardless of how they are noted in the system.
- Submission of Required Documents – Students may submit required documentation (HS registration forms, birth certificate, HS transcripts, and PSAT/SAT/ACT test scores) using one of the following methods. This information is due May 31 for middle college students and students taking dual credit summer classes, and July 30 for fall dual credit or OnDeck students.
- Course Placement – Effective immediately, PTC will use the following items to determine course placement for dual enrollment students.
- Accuplacer Placement Test (information about remote testing to follow)
- Appropriate Test Scores: PSAT, SAT or ACT
- Multiple Measures: High School GPA and Transcript Review
- Signatures on High School Registration Forms – While high school campuses are closed due to COVID-19, students should still submit high school registration forms to the school counselor for his/her signature. Forms can be found at https://5il.co/f3e0 and can be emailed or mailed to the high school. School counselors will share the names of students approved to take classes at PTC for Summer 2020 and Fall 2020 with PTC.
- Class Schedule – Students can access and print their class schedules via their PTC Pathway account. Instructions for using Pathway are included in the DE Student Handbook.

- Advising Appointments – Students/parents are asked to email or call their designated school counselor to schedule advising appointments. While our schools are closed to the public, these appointments will be by phone.
