VOLLEYBALL
Volleyball conditioning and skills training will begin on July 12 and run
through August 6, 2021:
WEEK 1 JULY 12-16 7:30AM-9:30AM everyday
WEEK 2 JULY 19-23 7:30AM-9:30AM everyday
WEEK 3 AUGUST 2-6 7:30AM-9:30AM everyday
TRY-OUTS AUG 9, 10, 11th 3:30 - 5:30PM ALL 3 DAYS
Practice as teams AUGUST 12, 13th
WHO is eligible? Rising 9-12th graders of MCHS
Must follow COVID restrictions and precautions while on campus. Bring
a water bottle or drink, a snack, and wear appropriate clothing to practice (no short shorts or thin tank tops). Make sure you eat before you
come to practice!! Be on time, be prepared and with a good attitude!
